Fiber Optic Stripper

Application

Use the 1-mm diameter hole at the tip of the CFS-2 Fiber Optic Stripper to strip fiber jacket. The 140-µm diameter hole and V-opening in the blades allows removal of 250-µm buffer coating from 125-µm fiber. It s preset at the factory, so no adjustments are needed. The Clauss CFS-2 won t scratch or nick glass fiber. All stripping surfaces are manufactured to precise tolerances to assure clean, smooth strips. This tool features comfort-grip, ergonomic handles. A lock holds the blades closed when not in use. This tool is 6.5" long. One-year warranty.
