Ripley s popular outside plant fiber cable ring and slitting tool is designed for fast, safe and precise jacket removal of fiber optic multi-fiber cables. The model RCS-114 is an excellent choice for stripping PE, PVC and soft rubber jackets found in electric utility grounding applications. It features triple-action strip capability. Use rotary cut combined with longitudinal cut along cable length for end stripping. Spiral cutting both end and mid-span stripping provides easier removal of harder jackets.

A spring-loaded cable brace firmly secures cable to blade for controlled cutting action. RCS-114 with long-life blade is ergonomically designed for ease of use, comfort and storage. Regulate blade depth with a simple turn of the blade housing which is coated for smooth, low-effort stripping.

For 178"-1.14" small diameter cables. The 3.5-ounce tool is 5.43" long.
